The health and well-being of our guests and staff members are our top priority. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment, we are monitoring and following the latest guidance from the Centre for Health Protection and the World Health Organization on hygiene and cleaning at TUVE.

In light of the recent COVID-19 developments and new quarantine guidelines, we request all overseas guests arriving in Hong Kong and guests who reside in buildings with confirmed cases to complete a quarantine period of 14-day at an alternate location. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our guest service.

 

New Overview /

Guestrooms / We use EPA-approved cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guests arrive. We pay special attention to clean all high-touch surfaces.

Public spaces / We have appointed a professional third-party sanitation team to clean & disinfect the public areas. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and room keys.

Back of house / All team members must wear masks at all times. We are increasing the frequency of cleaning, focusing on high-touch areas like linen room, storage rooms and the staff office. We keep our staff up-to-date on cleanliness procedures and precautionary measures to prevent the spread of virus.

Others / All guests and staff members are required to measure their temperature before check-in. We provide masks, travel size disinfecting wipes and hand sanitisers at the Reception. Should you require extra masks during your stay, please do let us know.
